Fidelity MasterCard Cards Promotion Terms and Conditions

This Cards Promotion (the "Promotion") is available from 1^st November, 2020 to 31^st December, 2020 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period"), unless otherwise extended or otherwise terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

1. To qualify for the Promotion:

   • You must be a Fidelity Bank Customer (defined below);
   • You must be a holder of at least one (1) of the following Fidelity Bank Cards (Eligible Card) as a principal cardholder ("Cardholder") 
     • MasterCard Black Credit Card;
     • MasterCard Platinum Credit Card;
     • MasterCard Prepaid Card;

    

   2. An "Eligible Card" is a MasterCard card that is issued by Fidelity Bank (Bahamas) Limited ("Fidelity Bank" or the "Bank").

    

   3. You must confirm your participation in the promotion by clicking the activation link in the promotion email sent prior to the launch of the promotion;

    

   4. Cash back is determined by cardholder spend: 

   • MasterCard Platinum Credit Card and MasterCard Black Credit Card: Spend US$1,500 = US$40 up to US$200 Cash Back.
   • MasterCard Prepaid Card: Spend a total of $500 with your Fidelity Prepaid Card in five (5) different merchant categories of your choice will receive a US$75 MasterCard Gift Card. Merchant categories are: 
     • Groceries
     • Utilities
     • Gas
     • Entertainment
     • Online
     • Pharmacies
     • Retail Stores

    

   5. Each cardholder is eligible for one (1) cash back bonus during the promotion period;

    

   6. Cash back and gift cards will be delivered to customer thirty (30) days after the promotional period; 

    

   7. The Bank may use information gathered during the promotion for feature marketing activities.
